چکیده

Augmentation of the maxillary sinus when severe atrophy and/or pneumatization has occurred results in minimal crestal height that will not allow simultaneous implant placement been a clinical challenge. The lateral augmentation approach traditionally utilized these situations, but there are known complications such as membrane tears and increased post-operative issues follow use this technique. This article aims to propose new technique utilizing specific surgical instruments, making it possible increase bone under cases significant atrophy, without using two-stage with bi-phasic calcium sulphate graft material. discuss technique, present case example review 51 representing initially 1-3 mm sub heights was with.
